Gentle pressure is important and focus on the fatty areas of the face. Our lomi stick works like a Guasha stone to help drain the lymphatic system, Hawaiian style, and provide a natural face lift!
Use with Mana Moisturizer and Ola Serums to add glide and increase the benefits of the ritual.
Step 1: Begin my massaging about 1/4 t. of Mana Moisturizer into your skin and neck using upward motion.
Step 2: Roll the long side of your lomi stick from your temple to your forehead. Repeat three times on each side.
Step 3: Press the tapered edge just underneath your eyebrow in three places. Repeat 3 X and then slowly slide the tapered edge along underneath the eyebrow. Repeat on the other side.
Step 4: Press the tapered edge just underneath the upper cheek bone from the nose to the jaw bone in three places. Repeat 3X and then glide the tapered edge from the nose to the jawbone. Repeat on the other side.
Step 5: Press the tapered edge into the side of the mouth and make small circles. Repeat 3X across the face toward the jaw and then repeat again 3X. Then slide the stick from the mouth to the jawbone. Repeat on other side.
Step 6: Press the tapered edge under your chin and continue 2 more presses underneath the jaw bone toward the ear. Repeat 3X and then slide the edge along the same line from under the chin to the ear underneath the jawbone. Repeat on the other side.
Step 7: Roll the long side of the stick upwards on the cheek, across the cheek to the temple with emphasis on the upward movement. Repeat 3X and then repeat on the other side.
Step 8 Using tapered edge, roll along the side of the neck from the ear to the base of the neck. Repeat 3 X and then repeat on other side.
