For best results

Apply to clean feet.  Use about a ¼ teaspoon or so of product, rub between your palms to warm. Massage into the soles of your feet. Put socks on to help absorb all the elements during the day or night.

I bought this stuff when I was in Hawaii and it is...AMAZING. My feet had started cracking and getting thicker callouses on them and I applied this ONE TIME and it helped my feet tremendously and made them soft after one application and they were rough to the touch and catching things like fabric before that. I was so happy I bought it there and I'm so happy to have found it on Amazon. It's got great ingredients and smells like ginger. It does have coconut oil in it so it is more of an oil base but it absorbs fairly quickly. A little bit goes a long way.

Just got a jar. A little goes a very long way! I usually use CeraVe but was starting to run out and I need to use so much and it feels like Vaseline. Lava feet is a little more on the oily side which is fine and it really gets the job done!
