For best results
Apply to clean feet. Use about a ¼ teaspoon or so of product, rub between your palms to warm. Massage into the soles of your feet. Put socks on to help absorb all the elements during the day or night.

Best thing for your feet! Now my feet are smooth and soft. I also use it to keep the cuticles on my fingers from getting dry. Oh, and let’s not forget the awesome smell! Highly recommend this product!
Excellent results! This product is the only foot balm that truly soothes my feet and lasts all day. I started using about 8 years ago and nothing compares in feel and positive effect. There is no alternate for me. Plus, one of the few foot balms that you can put on and immediately take off in your flip flops. No slipping, even when wet. Works great. Makes crusty feel smooth again. Would like to suggest putting this in a push up tube like lip balm. Would be easy as a rub on from a tube.
